Privacy Policy

What we collect

• A photo of your yard that you upload, to generate your visualization.
• Your name, email address, and ZIP code.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give it, on a separate optional step.
• A record of your consent: which consent text you agreed to, the timestamp, and the IP address the agreement came from.
• Basic technical information collected automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and advertising identifiers if you arrive from an ad (see Analytics and advertising below).
• If you purchase the $29 report, your payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

How we use it

• Your photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI to generate your free preview and, if you purchase the full report, your HD renders. Every render is an AI visualization, a conceptual rendering, not an engineering drawing or a guarantee of the finished result.
• Your email is used to deliver your preview and, if you purchase, your report and receipt.
• Your consent record exists to prove what you agreed to and when, and to honor the choice you made.
• Your project information (photo, renders, ZIP code, and contact details) is shared with a local pool professional only if you separately opt in to that, on its own consent step. It is never shared this way automatically just because you tried the free preview or bought the report.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of outside companies to run RevealMyPool. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

• Google (Gemini AI) to generate your renders from your photo.
• Stripe to process payment for the $29 report. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see them.
• Resend to deliver transactional email (your preview, your report, receipts, and account notices).
• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, to keep track of your project and, if you have opted in, to send related marketing communications.
• Vercel to host this site and store your uploaded photo and generated renders.
• Meta (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API), to measure whether our advertising is working. See Analytics and advertising below.
• A local pool professional, only if you separately opt in to be contacted about a real quote.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else outside this list.

Analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether people who saw our ads went on to try the free preview or buy the report. This can involve Meta setting a cookie in your browser and receiving a hashed (scrambled, not readable) version of your email address, along with your IP address, so Meta can match your activity here to an ad you may have seen. You can control ad personalization through your Meta account settings and your browser's cookie controls.

How long we keep it, and deletion

We keep your photo, renders, and account information for as long as your report link should keep working, since that link does not expire on its own. If you want your photo, renders, or personal information deleted, write to support@revealmypool.com and we will take care of it. Some records, like payment records, may need to be kept longer to comply with tax and accounting law.

Children

RevealMyPool is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain uses of it. Write to support@revealmypool.com with your request and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes or as it completes attorney review. We will update the effective date above when we do.
